As part of the ongoing NHS transformation, in 2019 the 12 GP practices in North West Leicestershire came together to form a Primary Care Network. All practices are required to open between the core hours of 08:00 and 18:30 and from 1st October 2022 the Primary Care Network will be asked to provide extra hours outside of core hours which will be known as Enhanced Access. We are keen to understand what you, as patients, would like to see available and we will use your feedback to help model the new service.
Please click on the link below to complete our short survey. This should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete.
Thank you for having your say.

If you live within our practice area we are happy to accept you as a patient. Please see the lovely comments we've received from some of our current patients on our Results of Patient Survey page.
There is quite a bit of paperwork to fill in to become registered and so please pop in to collect a pack for each member of the household who wishes to register or download from the links below. Once you've completed the paperwork send it back to us (drop it in to reception, put it in our letterbox or scan and email) and we'll get you registered. It's very straightforward)!
Anybody on regular medication will need to have a telephone consultation with one of our practice pharmacists before they can be prescribed more.
Please fill out all parts of the registration pack once you have downloaded it. We may not be able to register you if you haven't completed all relevant parts.
