CORONAVIRUS: Latest situation in the surgery

During this uncertain time we have put in the following measures and ask you follow these instructions to try and keep the surgery as safe as we possibly can.

Please DO NOT come to the surgery unless you have been asked to attend.

💊 If you require a prescription and have access to the internet, please request your prescription via email (ibstockhouse@nhs.net), SystmOnline or the NHSapp.
If you, or someone you know does not have internet access we have an external letterbox to the front of the building (to the left of the front door). Alternatively we can take your request over the telephone.
Please remember to include your name and date of birth on any written request.

📞📱All doctor and nurse appointments where possible will be conducted via telephone call. It would be helpful during this time for our patients to purchase:
A home blood pressure machine (these are around £15)
⚖️ A set of weighing scales

📞📱Please only contact the surgery via telephone during this time if it is urgent as we are receiving a large increase in telephone calls to the surgery. Where possible please contact us by email

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our patients for your continued support and cooperation during this time.
