I can confirm that we have all appropriate procedures in place and have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment. Some are off due to the NHS COVID-19 app advising colleagues to isolate and others because of household members being symptomatic.
If we have been into surgery for appointments recently will we be contacted regarding this to isolate or get tested etc? Thankyou
When patients enter the surgery they wear a face covering and maintain 2 meters from our Patient Services Team (receptionists). And when seeing a clinician, the clinician wears level 2 PPE. The risk to patients is very low.
Are appointments I have booked still going ahead?
All appointments continue. Any that have been moved from Barlestone to Ibstock, patients have been directly contacted. We are doing our very best to maintain a normal service for our patients.
