Book Now For Your Flu Jab

We’re now taking bookings for our flu clinics.  As usual everybody 65 and over and those in at-risk groups are eligible for a free vaccination. Please contact our reception to book or find out if you’re eligible or download our Flu vaccination criteria from our Patient Downloads page or directly from here.

Test Results

Please call after 11am to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your call after that time.

Most test results come back within 3 to 5 days but a few take significantly longer. When you have your test you should be told how long it is likely to be before the results come back.

Due to the large number of tests we undertake, we ask patients to call for their results as we don't have sufficient staff to contact everybody individually.  When you do call us the reception team can tell you if the doctor has commented that your results are normal or if you need to speak further with the doctor. They are not allowed to give any other information.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
